Intercultural communication

Have you ever had to communicate with someone who works or thinks differently to you? Have you ever had to deal with miscommunication within your teams resulting in conflict and a lack in productivity? Then this training is for you.

If you have an international project and you want to avoid miscommunications between different cultures, different organisations or even problems with communications within different generations I will work with you to ensure that you benefit from diversity rather than get 'lost in translation'.

By understanding Cultural Intelligence (CQ), you and your team will be capable of adapting to different situations, different working practices and different ways of communicating.

You will be able to differentiate between conflicts of character and culture.

A well-functioning diverse team brings innovation, agility and productivity so make sure that you and your teams are communicating efficiently with understanding and positive actions.

Want more info or to book a session ?

it's over there !

When interacting with someone from another culture, try to watch more, listen more, and speak less.
